Q: How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return contact Port Stone on office@portstone.co.uk or call 01554 705 123 . Returned items must be unused and unopened, in new and saleable condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that only full packs can be returned. If a customer decides to return their products, the return delivery cost will need to be met by the customer. Port Stone can assist in arranging the return if needed. After the returns are received and inspected, we will deduct £85 per pallet (including VAT) to cover the original delivery charge (third-party delivery partner cost) and £30 for the restocking and inspection fee (third-party warehouse cost). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products by our warehouse team, we will issue a refund for the price paid for your order, excluding any delivery, restocking and inspection charges. You have a 14 day period in which you can return products bought from Port Stone. Returned items must be unused and unopened, in new and saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that only full packs can be returned.

Only open the packaging after confirming the items match your order. If the wrong goods are delivered and need to be returned, improper repackaging may lead to rejection by the return delivery company.
